RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy is pretty simple.
We offer a return of all NEW & SALE ITEMS within 14 days of receipt of your garment.
Since we ship to you for free, (but we ask you to pay for return shipping) -- we are notified by our carrier when your item has been delivered to you; from that point, we allow you 10 days to return the item.
Should you decide to return your item, just notify us by email at email@example.com within the 10 days, and we will honor the return and await it's arrival. Should the item arrive after the 10 days, and within a reasonable time frame, we will honor the return. We simply ask you make your decision and notify us within 10 days of receipt, and we will look for the shipment.

Please allow 2 days upon receipt of your return for us to complete the Return Transaction. As soon as your item arrives, we will email you from firstname.lastname@example.org and notify you that we received your return, and will be refunding you within 2 business days.
EXCHANGES - PURCHASES & PRE-ORDERS
Most Purchases can be Exchanged for any reason, assuming we have the preferred item in stock. If we do not, you will receive a Full Return.
Even if you PRE ORDER your garment, we typically have a size run of each garment, and can often offer you a Size Exchange. You may also return any Pre- Order that has not been worn and still has it's original tags. Simply email us at email@example.com with the necessary information about the garment and the size needed, and we will coordinate a fast exchange.
